Miguel is a Learning & Development professional with over a decade of experience working in the higher education, financial services and insurance industries. What cannot be retrieved from Miguel’s professional and academic resume is his unrelenting determination to succeed in all aspects of life stemming from his immigrant story. Miguel came to the United States at the age of 11 with his family in the hopes of achieving the American dream.
