Nicole graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program in 2017 and then obtained her Doctor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2020. Nicole began her career in general surgery at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT. In 2019, she transitioned to a role in critical care in the Surgical and Trauma ICU at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she continues to practice clinically. Throughout her clinical practice, Nicole has precepted PAs and PA students fostering a positive learning environment. With her ongoing dedication to PA education, in 2022 she started teaching at UB as an adjunct faculty member and soon joined the UB Physician Assistant Institute full time in 2024.
