Hi there Scholars, my name is Stephen Balkaran and I will be your Instructor for this fully in-class course. I am originall from West Hartford, Connecticut, and I have been a college Instructor for the last 25 years in Connecticut. Holding faculty appointments at Central CT State University, 2006-2022, University of Connecticut, 2004-06, Quinnipiac University, 2011-2018, and now at UB, 2016-Pres. I have authored 9 books, and over 70 articles published in Academic Journals and I have given over 350 Speeches throughout the country.
