I joined the University of Bridgeport in 2024 as an Assistant Professor in the Educational Leadership Doctoral Program. I specialize in psychometric instrument development, scale validation, and 21st-century skills, with a focus on the Skills Self-Efficacy Scale for Adolescents (SSES-A). I am currently researching the Skills Self-Efficacy Scale for Adults and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) implementation in higher education to enhance accessibility and equity. I teach courses such as Program Evaluation, International Education, and Grant Writing. Previously, I served on the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) team, where I developed proficiency in data analytics, assessment validation, and program accreditation, and I continue to apply these skills in my work. I also serve on the University IRB Committee, leading efforts in ethical research oversight.
