I am a plant community ecologist with a background in biology and chemistry. My research focuses on plant-microbial interactions in a changing world & I seek to understand how environmental gradients, climate change, and ecological succession affect plant communities via microbial interactions. My work has taken me to the tropical forests of Panama and a simulated landscape at the Biosphere2 in Arizona.
